I saw an ad online.
I agreed to subscribe for 6 months.
I was unhappy with the service and did not want to subscribe after this time.
Money was direct debited from my bank account again in late July.
I complained to the company and told them I wanted the money returned and didnt want to be a customer. (I was unhappy with the service and was sorry I had paid for the first 6 months)
They said that they dont reimburse and that I had agreed to a comtinuing deduction when I signed up.
This is untrue - I had no idea that they could do this. I have paid another $249 for nothing. They did cancel my subscription anyway.
