After our agreement finished, we chose to change to some other organization. Centurylink attempted to put on us against our will:
- They skipped the planned date to disconnect our support, but guaranteed that somebody would reach it quickly
- Later, they stated we'd need to wait before end-of the month to disconnect
- Fundamentally, they decided to remove, we'dnot be billed for calls produced following the unique planned day, and we'd get a look for the remaining of the month
- per month 5 later they began payment people like regular again, and currently deducted the credit we were expecting
- Again, they decided to finish the consideration, but couldn't provide an expanation regarding how it had been reactivated
- We've to cover some long-distance calls produced following the planned disconnection time THEY missed
