Poor customer service and incorrect bills

I don't purchase long-distance support from Centurylink. I only have local calls only. Last drop an extended distance phone arrived in on my statement. I named to protest since NO long-distance phone are available utilizing CenturyLink from my house. I've 2 additional ways of doing that. The person eliminated the cost. I eliminated the car-spend function and so I might view my statement more cautiously. Weeks pass and things are good. I reinstall the car pay function. Chance or not the 2nd month there's another long-distance ask my statement. I Googled the amount. It goes to DirecTv. I actually do utilize DirecTv but I usually contact them utilizing their toll free range. Even when I did so contact them long-distance I'dnot use CenturyLink. I've just had CenturyLink 9 weeks and contains been something after another together. I requested the woman when my agreement was up. She explained used to donot have a deal. She stated she'd spot my long-distance phone criticism up for analysis. I hung-up, created a few calls to prepare alternative service and named back again to stop my CenturyLink support. Today they tell me I actually do possess a deal and it'll charge $99 to interrupt it. The agreement is up July 1st. Even when I've to make use of 2 containers plus some chain I'll stop these men on that evening. I've again eliminated them from car-pay. I will bet you will find no further overcharges.
