We were given notice the cable was going to be on and off for a few days and would be good after that. It has been almost three weeks. Our cable has been out totally and for over a day on three separate occasions. I have called to get service restored and they treated it like an install instead of an outage and wanted me to wait days on top of that for an appointment. They were supposed to give me credit for the time lost and that does not count the time spent on the phone and they did not. The representatives themselves were polite and courteous but the overall getting things done, the hassle, the wait, constantly having to get in touch for problems... It's not worth it.
