Disappointed in Customer Service

I use to love my cable. When Charter owned the company it was not the best. We live in a small town and there is no competition between cable companies. It was Charter or satellite tv. I have to say from researching cable companies from family and friends across the state of Alabama, Charter was about average.

Then... Cobridge took over our area. I waited on hold at least 30 minutes each time I called! That is not a joke either. Four days ago, I actually called them on the way home from a 3 hour trip, and stayed on hold for 2 hours! I finally gave up, called back and left my number on their call back list. And 4 hours later I finally got a call back. I was polite to the guy that called back since it wasn't his fault and set up a service call. After two different days of NO SHOWS. I finally gave up!

I loved my cable and I am a little scared of satellite, but I am willing to take the chance... This service has been the worst compared to any type of service that I have. Cell phones. Car insurance... Life insurance. I am completely disgusted. I plan to educate everyone on how horrible this has been, and I am not the only one having this trouble. Everyone that I have come in contact with in my town is having the same problems. Just call their 855-262-7434 number. You will see for yourself. God help you if you have their services or they are taking over your area.
