In early May, a Verizon salesman found our house unwanted and described just how much he might save us by changing for their Triple-Play. At that time, we'd Verizon landlines and Comcast web. We described our telephone program with sequential calling outlines, and he explained it'd stay exactly the same plus we would have extra advantages. He published up a deal displaying all 3 phone-lines and wire and web for $149.99. These were unable to replicate our support with FIOS and, after much wait, they changed us back again to copper traces. Today they cannot get us callerid on our main-line for whatever reason, and we're utilizing our house answering machine for communications. 3 times within the last 2 times they stated they needed care of it but did not. To include insult to damage, our first statement was for over $600 (2 weeks). I statement for my period on an hourly basis, and contains been too costly looking to get back my support and obtain them to statement properly. I've invested several hours about the telephone together speaking with supervisors, supervisors' employers, etc. After I visited stop Comcast, they provided me a much better offer but accepted they mightnot support my telephone system. It has been happening for nearly 8 weeks. They guarantee but do not delive
