Was with Alltel for more than 10 years. Subsequently Verizon purchased ALLTEL out-last year and also the issue started. Usually had free international texting. My spouse is in the Philippines which means this was really convient. Last May we expanded our ALLTEL agreement to incorporate FREE texting.in April, Verizon began getting for incoming/confident texts SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY chose to alter my agreement. After I reported, they acknowledged me once, then stated thats all we are able to do. To stop the agreement, it'd charge me over $600.00 (3 telephones) early termination charge. Approached my lawyer, notice was delivered, Verizon stated, also poor, no change. However now they claim they'll not cost us firing charge, too late. Have approached Senator DeMint (the very best) to determine when the FCC may place a finish for this company training. No additional business could possibly get away with signing a deal, subsequently altering it due to their revenue, and informing me I can not do something about this, but spend up. I claim, everybody, visit Walmart and obtain their telephones WITHOUT ANY agreement, endless telephone/text/web for less. It is time for you to adhere it for them and train them who is really the chef.
