To begin, I Have been a person of Verizon for two decades. Our agreement ended and that I was not sure I was likely to restore withe Verizon.
Following A large amount of study I ultimately chose to restore but Verizon desired to promote me fresh telephones which totaled over $100.00 and cost me a restoration charge of $30 per telephone, I needed two. I continued Amazon and got thee telephones from their store for 1 penny each and free shipping.
I called Verizon and talked to customer support and informed them the tale. These were hellbent on getting me a $30 per telephone service charge. I told them when they charged me a charge after two decades of support I'dnot restore my agreement. Following the repetition visited her boss they decided to cost me only one $30 charge. I explained NO, I wont spend a cent or I am done withe Verizon. The repetition decided to renounce both costs and stated she'd individually post-it about the 20the of the month therefore it seems on my next statement. Effectively the following statement is online plus they are attempting to cost me. A boss recycled to come quickly to the telephone which small man was not worth a number of Sh—. That I had been speaking with. Lastly he explained he'd publish the $30 credit and find out if it'd be authorized withein 48 hours.
They're designed to I would like to understand the end result. Well my result is, easily do not get the credit I Will spend them the $175 early termination charge and not cope with the sh— organization again. Verizon was previously an excellent organization and look after there clients - NO FURTHER
It's an overall total fraud organization of course if this gets correct out, next time I Will obtain a pay-as you speak telephone from Walmart without any agreement. Beware, do not get scammed!!! Verizon sucks!
