Reduction of services - no options

I perform full time at home with large internet utilization and need high speed internet. Support was significantly sluggish so when I examined the point - was obtaining just 1.9 mbs to get a 6.0 support. Named them-and after being on-hold and handed between no less than five individuals (between revenue and tech-support) was LASTLY informed that they're removing DSL service and had decreased my assistance from 6.0 to 3.0. Good. Subsequently explained that UVerse has become obtainable in my region and that's why. Good. Requested it. Waiting on evening of installment after which I get a phone in the specialist - who's at an address we'd 3 years ago. Really? I curently have AT&T support and am spending a statement delivered to the right address plus they deliver the specialist to an inappropriate target?!? And shock! Uverse isn't offered at my real target. Named Comcast that day-but forgot to contact forward my telephone number before they mounted my new phone-line. I have been waiting per week today for AT&T to deliver me the amount to contact to trigger distant call-forwarding before Comcast locations my amount over. A lot of expletives I do want to use. AT&T WON'T EVER get my company again. Never. Actually. Actually. Poor customer support, poor business decisions.
