Contacted Kris at 877-745-6047 X4310266 about the $14.95 DSL sales commercial on TV. Kris talked me into another sales promotion of $19.95 per month for one year with a $100.00 modem with a $100.00 rebate for that modem, which in turn would cost me nothing for the modem. Never received the rebate with packaging or by mail which was promised to me. Contacted sales office several times and sales office kept changing their story on how I was suppose to receive the rebate. Received a bill from AT&T for $147.70. They charged me $40.00 for DSL and also charged me for the modem. Talked to billing dept. Which brought my bill down to $72.55 and stated that I would have to wait one month for the rebate on the modem. The $72.55 is still $52.60 over the original package of $19.95 per month as was promised me. I have yet to receive any rebate for the modem in the amount of $100.00. Really a SCAM!
