Charge off on credit report when they charged me twice

I've been looking to get a charge-off solved for weeks. Verizon charged me for 2 DSL lines after I have one house subsequently delivered the info into selections

May somebody from Verizon DSL please try assisting me with this particular? I do want to clean up my credit
