I have been with many cellphone companies in my life and none of them have mishandled my account like Verizon has. Every month I had to watch my account and read it line by line because Verizon would charge me for services that I did not even have. On Feburary 23rd of this year I had 8 lines of service with this company. Since there is a 5 line per contract max, the supervisor agreed to cancel three of the lines and waive the ETF on all three of the lines. Also, in November 0f 2010 I brough three LG comos phones and was double billed for all three of the phone for an over-charge of 153.00. The company gave me the credit on March 3rd then went back into my account without my consent and and gve me the same credits again, when you relized your error you took back both credits and charged my account 1,636. Then added my credit of 187.77 to it and one month of service blowing my account to over 2,000 dollars. If Verizon tries to tell me that I owe them money I will be taking the company to small claims court. Verizon will not get a way with this kind of treatment. Signing on with Verizon was the worst decision that I have ever made. I will make sure my friends and family do not use Verizon for cellphone and internet services.
