Virgin Active shows no sympathy

I'd a-12 mth contract from Feb09. I applied it faithfully for approximately 8 mths. I began to have back issues which led to me taking a backbone procedure. This recommended that I couldn’t take advantage of my agreement. But I extended spending the membership price. I taken care of the 12 mths and provided notice to stop my account afterwards. On 0203 I sent my termination notice for the department. The supervisor called me stated that he might freeze my membership for 6 mths in the place of me rescheduling and afterwards I really could proceed using my account. I believed to him that I’m along the way of moving-house and am unsure which is my closest department. I believed to him this notice should function as my notice time and he explained that it can’t when I have to provide a complete diary mth notice which I had been each day late but he'd observe what he might do and obtain back again to me. He never did and that I only tested my acc and another money went out. This recommended that I would’ve taken care of 14 mths and applied only 8. If there is any possibility of me returning to Virgin Energetic, this ruined that opportunity and think you me, I’m gonna spread the term.
