I called virgin mobile on monday april 19 to turn my phone from pay as you go to a 1 year contract and i passed the credit check, on wednesday april 21 i was having trouble accessing my services, so i then called virgin again and the problem was solved, then on thursday april 22 i tried to use my phone yet again, and i was transfered to the customer support team and they then told me that my services were suspended due to the fact that i needed a $200 deposit on top of my $200 spending cap and nothing was mentioned about a deposit, and i feel like a victim against virgin mobile and i also feel that they (virgin mobile) owes me an apology and they also owe me a free 1 year contract for all this headache, one minute im approved for a $200 spending cap, then next without notice my phone was turned off and virgin mobile is telling me i need a $200 deposit when not one word about a deposit was even mentioned and i spoke with SEVERAL AGENTS, no one told me about the deposit until my phone was suspened? I am very angry and very annoyed with virgin mobile, i want something done immediately about my services, thank you for your time in reading this matter. This is why there is so much SCAM going around, is because of these cell phone carriers.
