My spouse and that I requested AT&T u verse (TV/Internet/Telephone) pack for the house over three months before. However the evening before they are designed to connect support they named to express they cannot do the installation because of "executive" problems. Works out, they didnot do their research and didnot make to set up our support about the evening our serice was designed to start. Anyhow, we're today several week after our unique support day, and we still don't have any television/internet/telephone support at our home. AT&T employees have lied to people about if they will work on sunday, they've not named when they stated they'd, they've all handed the dollar to another person in another division, nobody took any obligation, with no AT&T employees have operated like appropriately.
I've really dissatisfied and furious at AT&T.
The unfortunate thing is, we changed to AT&T since we were sick and tired of poor people customer support of Cox communications. (though cox usually had great television/web connection).
