I purchase magic jack because I felt my cable phone was getting too expensive. First off, their caller ID only works on the PC screen, not on your phones. Then their website said it would work with wireless phone... It doesn't. Then there was no sound on the pc speakers & no one with customer service could fix it. When the phone did work the reception was horrible. The contacts list didn't work either. I kept adding contacts only to have them all dropped after I re-booted the computer.
Very disappointed. I wasted 6 hours trying to get the dang thing to work, including 4 hours on their customer service "chat." No I will waste more time take it back to Best Buy for a refund.
