I am very disappointed I thought it would be real neat to have a second line bus after the first one that didn't work I traded it for another I finally got it to work. To find it always shut it self off. I had to go out of town and I left my computer on as to keep the magic jack running but I tried to call in to my wife and it was dis connected. Got home and the computer was still on but magic jack was off. So to me this is highly unreliable and a waste of money. It also doesn't work for a fax machine. I will not renew and just fill that I lost $40. I will survive the loss. There is no live customer service. At least that I could find.
