I've had conversations with several individuals, who worked at the call center for AT&T Miami branch and they are constantly experiencing undue pressure. These individuals are being fired for almost any reason. I know that this call center is a temporary job for three years, unless they are hired permanently. The pressures seems to be based on, who the Team leaders like, who will keep their jobs. I am requesting that your company investage the unfair practice being done at the AT & T Miami Call center.
