Upgrade Rebate Never Received and Reps Deny Upgrade

Do they really know what they are doing, every time I call them to discuss something I end up pissed off, I upgraded my phone and still today never received my rebate (100.00) 2 they say I never upgraded
my phone, do they have monkeys working for them or what, I can't take it anymore I will be cancelling my contract.
