Do they really no what they are doing, every time i call them to discuss something i end up pissed off, i up graded my phone and still today never recieved my rebate (100.00) 2 they say i never upgraded
my phone, do they have monkeys working for them or what, i cant take it anymore i will be cancelling my contract.
