The $99 advertised rebate still has not arrived after numerous calls to the company. It was supposed to arrive within 12 weeks, and it has now been six months.
I've been told each time I call that the rebate check was issued to me in the form of a post card with tear-off edges. Twice I've requested that they stop payment on the check and reissue it. Still no rebate in the mail. BIG RIPOFF!
After my one year agreement with them is over I expect to have problems cancelling the service with them. Avoid sbc dls service.
