I ordered 45.00 worth of merchandise from www.sea-monkeys.com for my 3 year olds sons birthday on 3/9/05. I was told it will be ten days before I recieved my order.
On the 19th my sons party I still haven't recieved my order. I wrote to sea-monkeys.com and after about 3 days I got a response asking for my order number. I sent my order number and 2 days later I got a reponse saying my order never was shipped out but my money was taken.By this time I was very angry and annoyed.
It took too long first of all to respond to my emails. I was asked to send a copy of the things I ordered. Lucklily I still had a receipt so I sent a copy. And waited 5 days went by with no response. I wrote again and then filled out a customer service form since theres no number you call on the website which really sucks. 3 more days no response. I wrote again asking for a refund and still no response. My sons still hasn't got his birthday gift and I'm short 45.00.
