The very first time costs turned up, I had been being twice charged for long-distance from Qwest and LCD. Qwest assisted me stop LCD, but I obtained costs from March 09 to August 09.
THEN... Somehow, the very first SLAMMER, ILD payment for CSP Telecom got through Qwestis program and began to cost me in Sept of 09... So we began again. ILD stated there had been a stop on my phone-line and that is why they'dnot charged me last year.
