Continue to Bill when phone services turned off

Despite the fact that my 90-year momis nearby telephone support was switched she extended to get statement from Qwest. Once the service was terminated via telephone call she wasn't informed that she'd to get hold of the long-distance supplier seperately to stop the support. While Qwest was approached about nonetheless getting expenses 2 1/2 monthes later, that after we were educated the Longdistance Supplier needed to be approached seperately. We were advised to contact USBI. Nevertheless, when USBI was contacted they stated they simply do the payment and also the real company needed to be approached, which ended up to become US Telecom.

Therefore upon calling people Telecom, we were informed that Qwest did not need to reveal that people had a need to contact them (US Telecom) seperately. They (US Telecom) wasn not controlled from the government. Exactly what a large rip off fraud by Qwest and US Telecom. Qwest connections out to US Telecom for long-distance support for seniors; who hardly understand their expenses; when support are terminated US Telecom keeps getting settled till it is uncover. No-where about the Qwest bill does it state the long-distance has been supplied by US Telecom or whichever Long Distant supplied was chosen, or what are the customer support quantity for that long-distance supplier about the Qwest bill. Discuss hidden costs and large rip offs.
