I'd an issue with telephone, it had been not moving to my second-line. Therefore, I named Virzon who I've my support with, they delivered AT&T since appearently they offered my support for them. They found my workplace 4 occasions and didn't restore the problem. Lastly, I employed a personal telephone company who set the problem in about 10 minutes.

I spend every month for inside fix, so there must have been no costs for their on site visit. Besides they didn't restore the issue.

AT&T billed me $166.95 for on site support on my March bill. I named an described all of this for their payment department plus they stated they'd issue a credit. The following month... in the place of crediting the total amount... THEY CHARGED ME $166.95 again in Nov.

Again I named and talked for them, plus they stated they'd credit the quantities, and directed me to just spend the total amount of $177.56 that we did on Dec 12.

On friday January 15th... Without notice... AT&T disconnected all my buisiness collections. After 3 hours to be shuffled around each Virizon and AT&TI discovered that they disconnected me for NONE PAYMENT OF THE CHARGES THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CREDIT.

To include insult to damage... They might not reverse on my support until CASH... 4 days later!!! Practically placing me out-of business for times, and my customers getting a observe that we're no further running a business.
