First lets begin I changed from AT&T to visit Helio thinking it'd be considered a good idea since my buddy has got the same support also it performs great INCORRECT!!! And so I got the Sea 2 500 moment all-in strategy. Following the first month of support the telephone beginning performing up it'd switch on and off randomly constantly. And so I named they stated not a problem we shall deliver you a brand new telephone. I stated "ok seems great" therefore my telephone appear fairly rapidly and so I named them up triggered my telephone and went did my factor for that remaining evening. After I visited create phone contact while I had been running I realized that the Verizon structure offered me information stating "they mightnot genuine my telephone." In order quickly when I got support I named Helio stating my telephone would not make telephone call in roam but I understand the very first telephone that I'd made it happen not a problem. And so I went along side heading the various Sections of customer support plus they stated they'd deliver me another system to determine if this is the problem.in order i did before waited for that new telephone in the future in and trigger same task it did not work. I named them back went the various Sections again so that they ultimately moved the issue to Collection 3 and stated that they'd obtain a your hands on me 24-72 hours that they didn't whatsoever. And so I named to confirm the way the issue was heading and arrived at discover the first customer support didn't provide them with enough information the very first time and that I stated "they mightnot contact me to obtain that info" obviously they apologize. And so I offered extra information plus they posted it again and waited another 24-72 hrs yet again I named to confirm the standing simply because they didnot contact my back as often but again the displayed didnot supply enough info again. At this time I had been getting disappointed and so I went along side them-and they delivered it to Collection 3 again and stated I'd get a telephone call from Collection 3 and that I managed to get clear they did not contact me the very first time therefore the displayed mentioned within the consideration with contact info. Today I've to hold back another 24-72 hours however it was a weekend and Collection 3 was shut until Friday and so I would need to delay week for solution. Therefore to create it short the thing is still happening it's been more than 2 weeks and so I eventually got some solutions they might return my mobile phone cost and renounce the first termination charge. General my encounter with this specific organization was horrible NEVER AGAIN!!! BE WARNED DON'T BUY FROM HELIO. AT&T customers support is means much better than Heliois customer support anyday.
