Every day I return home from work to several phone messages from ER Solutions. They are apparently looking for someone named "Vincent" but I am unable to hear the last name (garbled on message). I happened to be home from work this week due to illness so I was able to answer the calls. Each time, I listened to the options and pressed the appropriate button when prompted to indicate that I was not "Vincent". The call have continued. What will it take for ER Solutions to stop harrassing me several times each day (including weekends) for someone else's apparent debt?
