The phone, when it works, is great. It has a tendency to crash your computer, though. I tried it on 4 different computers and each one crashed until we took out the mj. I finally got it to work after 2 weeks of almost daily emails back and forth (they have no live folks, just live chat with service reps that haven't got a clue!)
now, i tried to sign up for international calling and they charged me 5!!! Times for the same order and then told me the credit card company had declined my card so i had no credit with magic jack. I called the cc company and they said the charges had been approved. I've sent the mandatory dispute letter to the cc company but the whole deal was a pain in the neck. All the while, mj was blaming the cc company!
Like i said, the service, when it works, is great. But, i'm not sure the frustration is worth it!
