I started working with Credit Solutions last Fall '06. At the start they seemed really willing and ready to help me work with 3 creditors. I am disabled and have gotten myself in debt trying to raise 3 children myself without any child support from their father (whole other issue). I feel Credit Solutions takes advantage of people who are desperate for help and vulnerable. This company has continued to withdraw money from my checking account monthly but I have no proof that they are helping me. Three months ago they supposedly set up a settlement agreement with one of my creditors and I agreed to only send the money to the creditor thank god! I was promised a settlement letter from Credit Solutions... Still waiting. I continue to call this company every day only to be put on hold forever, hung-up on, disconnected. I leave messages with no return calls. I have two creditors I am ready to settle with and don't know what to do. Now my balance due has practically doubled because I have not been making monthly payments as advised by Credit Solutions. Does anyone have any advice for me.???
