This is a collection agency for fingerhut. They are rude, ruthless. They will call non-stop. I simply asked them for a paper statement so i could see my balance in writing. The man on the phone told me they do not do paper-statements. He actually told me to go get my checkbook and give him a check over the phone, he would even take a post dated check over the phone. I proceeded to tell him "no, i wanted a statement in the mail, and he would not do that. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and that man told me his employee was within his rights. They call my husband on his job everyday, but refuse to give me a statement in mail.
Generally these people are rude, ruthless. They have told us that they are within the fcc guidelines. They have called us nasty names etc.
