After cancelling my ATT Uverse service, I have been trying to return their equipment and receive the refund of my account balance since Dec. 21.
I have placed phone calls ever couple of weeks, escalated to managers etc. They keep saying that the return boxes are backordered, on the way, or backlogged, they have a computer glitch etc. They have no physical location to return them to. They have not yet once returned an escalated phone call, although they always promise"I am different, I WILL call you back with an update". They do however have no problem sending me a red notice that I have not returned their equipment each month.
All I want is to return their stuff & get the $29.74 that they owe me back! I would never recommend using this service, unless you want to be stuck with it forever.
