After cancelling service ATT uverse claims they will send shipping labels to you to return equipment.instead they send you to collections for value of equipment. I have been attempting to correct this issue for over 1 year. Sent to a return center that does not exist 3 seperate occasions.
Sent to UPS 2 times per att just give them account number and they will ship the equipment for you NOT!!!
Told collection agency I would ship it to them and of course all they want is money.
Several visits to local store manager ATT and he claims he will escalate the issue to his superior. With no response.
