Unauthorized changes

I purhased telephone plans from Suncom and after t mobile bought them-they won't recognize the ideas. I've invested countless hours fighting together. Today they're stating that I named and transformed the program. I've my initial agreements plus they are liars and criminals. Im searching for who to record them to for appropriate aid
