Clear Rate Communications
Fraudulent company

I'd a person service representative. Contact me 14 days before I shifted to a different tackle, providing me a "fantastic" calling bundle that will "fit-all my requirements, and preserve me money". I asked about transferring support, and requested about any costs for changing homes. There have been none, approximately I had been informed... I had been also designed to have unlimited nationwide calling, for under I had been spending through Verizon. Well, I received my statement for $255.58 yesterday. What happened to $45.00 plus tax? I'd likewise provided each day for my transfer, which AFTER I agreed for their support, was informed that I'd be billed $60.00 in order for them to remove my phone-line from my previous place, and reconnect to my new place. Um, pardon me... I had been informed there would not be considered a cost, given that they understood in advance that I had been shifting within 14 days of becoming a member of support. I named to discover why I had been being billed for long-distance, and was informed it had been because of utilizing dial-up web providers. These AREN'T contained in your "ENDLESS nationwide calling", I had been requested after I registered that which was my main use for that telephone, I explaned that I had been students, and so I do not need to simply phone but web providers also. Why might I subscribe to providers that will charge me MORE, and can include LESS? I'dN'T... And that I DID NOT... Additionally I told them I had been moving forward the first of May, I've long-distance costs on my telephone that not just did I not create, but I also provide long-distance calls from DAYS AFTER I moved. Clarify this 1 in my experience. Fundamentally they've crummy customer support, and cannot actually place you on having a boss, however they may rape you, of something they are able to, and attempt to allow it to be YOUR problem.
