Adhering to a 2-minute contact to 411 Directory-Assistance, I realized that 50 units were taken from my telephone. Many calls to Customer Support including a produced no description or help. Them all mentioned that my telephone was functioning good plus they don't understand why 50 units were taken. They declined to check out my documents despite my agreement to determine what calls were created and also the period of these calls. The boss recommended that I not utilize 411 anymore because the issue should be originating from them. Huh?
I've 2 telephones together so that as quickly because the moments go out (briefly in the price they're being taken) they'll be terminated and changed with another support.
