I purchased three telephones from straighttalk, bought 3 minutes cards. After a couple weeks among the telephones was unworkable. I subsequently called straighttalk and was informed the quantity to that particular telephone, my phone have been transferred and that I couldn't have it back. And to be able to obtain the phone to function again I'd have to buy another moments card-even though my moments card had fourteen days left. They acknowledged that it had been them who'd created the error but declined to show the telephone back on and return my minutes. I had been informed this by two support reps, the very first one was really rude, minute one was strict on not assisting me, the boss informed me exactly the same but included that I'm in the point-of no-return regarding my telephone number and minutes. Their title was Rick, and declined to provide his last name. I don't actually desire to cope with these folks again, mainly cuz they're rude, nor admit their particular mistake. Luckely I described the issue to walmart, they required the telephones back, got credit. I really could not get credit for moments not really the moments that straighttalk lost. I advise individuals to avoid straighttalk, they're anything but straight.
