I bought a tracfone on 12/24 and triggered it exactly the same time. I really could not get calls from anybody. Got a note stating quantity was unacceptable or perhaps a chaotic signal. Called customer support 8 occasions to try and solve this more than 5 times. Nothing. Customer support is TERRIBLE. They essentially do-nothing and maintain you about the telephone (I was about the telephone together to get a whole of 4 hours) before you hang-up in disappointment or they remove you (this occurred in my experience without caution after I was not actually talking with the repetition). They declare something after which return about the the point and let you know something completely different. Repetitions forgot exactly what the problem was (I can not OBTAIN calls) plus they might inform me (following a half-hour) that my problem was set and today I really could CREATE calls (that we might do all-along)
I believed it had been only a orange or anything so that as I required a phone telephone while touring I purchased another later exactly the same evening (24th) also it was another design from the completely different shop which telephone has got the SAME issue! Tracfone is going to do nothing!!! They stated they do not understand what is incorrect of course if it continues over 48 hours perhaps they are able to perform a reimbursement (its been more than 72 hours! Plus they say they cannot do something. Do not ACTUALLY purchase a tracfone. Their customer support is offshore plus they do not know what they're performing (possibly deliberately) so no-one can help you when you will find issues.
