Vonage is just a headache!!! I had been trick about providers once the initial phone was created. I had been informed we'd get web and telephone support. The gear could be there Friday. Therefore we settled the 25.54 upfront charge and we were suppose to pay for 15.00 more friday. We received the eqiupment and my partner named in mere to discover that you simply need to curently have the web to receive there support. We don't therefore we attempted to obtain our intitial charge back of 25.54 and was informed we couldn't before gear was delivered. I expected in order for them to deliver a return label plus they stated I'd need to spend a charge of 39.99 to stop to be able to obtain a return label so when they obtained the eqiupment they might credit my bill back. I had been created and didn't need this. Why must we as clients who have been deceive right from the start need to spend additional. That is insane. I wound up holding on them-not informing them-it was okay to cost my consideration they went forward and billed the 39.99. I'm angry which organization is only a fraud and incredibly deceptive. They've not noticed the final from me. I'm returning the gear and that I can get my cash back. Please if you should be considering vonage believe no means!!!
