I ordered vonage in April. The man explained that I'd have 2 weeks free and payment might begin June 28. He also explained that I'd A30 day cash back guarantee in the period i deploy my telephone. The gear was allegedly delivered by DHL. I never received it. I named them-and they stated they'd deliver it again bc DHL quit it in the doorway? I never got the Next cargo bc they never delivered it. Nevertheless on May 29, they charged me 39.99 for bill fee after which May 30 29.00 for bill charge. I named them to stop since it simply wasn't functioning. They stated I really could have all my money returned after I-file a missing cargo state with DHL, so when i named DHL they stated their plan is the fact that the shipper should document the state and vonage understands that perfectly. After I looked over my bank record later that evening online, I noticed that Vonage billed me another 39.99 disconnect charge. (REMOVE WHAT?) I called them back and was disconnected three times, after waiting 10-20 units every time waiting to keep in touch with a credt boss. After I eventually got somebody they stated they'd return me the disconnect charge. They did that-but then I named them again to combat for my cash back guarantee. They declined me stating I had been one day within the thirty days. I'd a disagreement using the man jonathon somethingorother and after HE HUNG ON ME, he returned and energized me the disconnect charge. They delivered my banking account to facility so when i named them again I invested more than 3 hours about the telephone together. 1.5 hours with one man who simply repeated he was really sorry. Then I had been delivered to a man called george higgins and he explained I'd not be returned anything. I told him that their conditions state thirty days in the service of support which the initial salesman explained no costs till july 28. Which another woman stated I'd be returned all my cash easily called DHL. He explained no means. I wasn't obtaining a return. He explained their conditions are created on the webpage and also the salesman was incorrect and you will be trained. He also stated that VONAGEis plan does not matter credit FOR NON-SERVICE!!! I expected him EXACTLY WHAT DOES THAT EVEN SUGGEST? Which means which you cost for no support and grab the cash?!!! He didn't care they overdrew my banking account which my lease was due. Vonage is just a horrible organization and that I claim that anybody considering it obtain a can along with a chain, since that's worth significantly more than being scammed so coldly. I want everybody who says this remains away.
