I registered for Verizon Fios and was designed to get the free 19" HDTV. Which was in January. Here we're in July (nearly) and that I have yet to get something concerning the tv. I called about 7 weeks before and was informed I Would be getting info within the next handful of months. Well, nevertheless have not obtained anything. Subsequently, to top everything down, I Have been attempting to contact to talk to a person support consultant for over per week. Nowadays alone I Have been hung-up on three times and on-hold to get a whole of 48 units. Exactly what a laugh! Comcast was poor, but Verizon is HORRIBLE! I am prepared to document a Much Better Business Bureau problem.
