Criticism:

On 11/30 Mr. Adelman (a repetition. Of Verizon) called me on telephone and persuaded me to-order the bundle Multiple Independence (Telephone DSL Direct TV). He explained that I'll obtain a free 19” flat-screen television set and my payment could be $99.99 duty. I've NOT obtained it collection and my expenses are:

January - $147.62

March - $142.78

May - $142.09

Over the last 3 months I've invested many annoying hours on telephone with Verizon reps, administrators, Direct TV, but no body continues to be ready to solve something. The phone call falls following a couple of minutes and also the program doesn't permit you to talk to the exact same consultant again, hence you get detailing the entire tale to a different consultant and also the phone falls again. On several events I've requested the boss to call-back, however they never do. Verizon doesn't possess a customer support centre where clients may proceed and solve such problems personally.

I would like to stop these new providers and return to my initial strategy.
