Verizon has included additional companies /3rd party to the expenses. We didn't approve these costs and Verizon won't take them off. We're charging charged from the following businesses on our verizon expenses:
1. Bomb Communications/Enhanced Services - Charged us 12.95 monthly since Dec 23. The amount is 1-888-296-3724
2. Ild/p.B. A Voicemail Solutions - Charged us 12.95 monthly since March 17.
They do not wish to return us a complete credit of our cash. Plus Verizon has some kind of connection with one of these comapnies. Why did they conceal it on our expenses.
