On Dec 24th my phone number was successfully transferred OUT of Vonage. Accordingly, my account with them should have been auto-disconnected (this is in their policy). I was billed in advance on my credit card for the period Dec 21 to Jan 20. However, since my service was canceled and I do not have a contract with them, I should have received a refund for the unused portion. To this date, they have refused to refund my money.
