Hello,

I am submitting this complaint because I have been ripped off by www.brand-cigarettes.com a.K. A Tww Bc. I ordered a monthly supply program, $1,800 U.S.D. Worth of cigarettes (120 cartons) on January 21 from www.brand-cigarettes.com. I have a bank transfer copy of payment on that date to epay-systems in ESTONIA to a beneficiary bank of Tww Bc. I waited very patiently until 7 months and 4 delivery date promises came and went without a single carton being delivered.

It was recommended by Tww Bc management on may 30th to request a monetary credit (full refund) because they could not ship my order due to high wholesale orders. I supplied the necessary information and waited for the refund. I then waited patiently for another 4 months for a refund. Then they apparently lost all my bank information to do the refund so I had to fax it over again. I am sure now that this was all a scam and I will probably never see that $1,800 again. I could have earned interest on that $1,800 over the last 10 months.

I think it's time to quit smoking, it has cost me more than I know. I now just want to let other people know about this company before they too get Ripped Off!

I waited patiently without complaint for my shipment. Management said they
simply did not have any product to ship to me due to high wholesale
orders.
That is understandable. So, Management recommended cancelling shipment and
receiving refund (I have all emails from Jan 1st thru current), so I did
so.
Now I've been waiting for a refund. I am like every other smoker out there
just looking to save money, if that means I have to buy 120 cartons once a
year, then so be it. Except I did not receive my 120 cartons nor my $1,800.
I
am really at a point where I feel I should start filling complaints because
I
feel like I've been scammed. I will wait for your reply.

license and may be involved in tax-free cigarettes smugling.

complaint has been removed off-line by customer himself.
RE: Tww Bc Support is well familiar with the time frame customer is
awaiting
monetary credit and will contact Management today for further information
on
credit and when to expect it.

actions in order to make sure customer is credited for the cancelled

patient and understanding up until now. I am not even receiving any
