On 10/12/09 we ordered 8 bags for a total of $32.98. Subsequently, we received an email confirmation stating our order would be received in 3-5 days. Our money was debited shortly thereafter. A few weeks went passed I tried calling several times - no answer. I left several messages - no return phone calls. Finally, after threating to take further action against her she sent me an email on 11/2/09 stating our bags would ship & arrive that week. I was very thankful for the response & expected to receive our bags shortly. A couple more weeks passed and still no bags. I attempted to contact her again several times - no response. I even looked up her home address and sent a letter. Still nothing. I don't care if the bags are going to take a while to make/order/ship or whatever. All I wanted was for her to communicate with us so we didn't assume we were ripped off. I would not recommend purchasing from Steph's bags.
We will be filing a report with our credit card company. Also, I plan to contact the local authorities in Winchester, KY. All she had to do was at least communicate with us.
