I placed my order online for a golf ball stamper. I immediately got a message that the custom image that I'd upload was no good. So I replied right away and attached another image file as requested. Strangely enough my reply email got bounced. I thought that was odd so I called them multiple times over a few days and still no one picked up. Left voice messages and no one returned my calls. Contacted them via their webpage and again no responses whatsoever.
I gave them a benefit of a doubt and waited the entire week before I called my credit card company to cancel the order. I was naive and just didn't think that I needed due diligence on a online company making ball stamps. Now that they have my credit card info I'm worried and had to get a new credit card number. What a hassle! Learned my lesson now.
