Sharper Image Online
The Sharper Image Failed to issue credit after item returned and promised 5-7 biz days for credit several times... Still waiting on credit. No supervisor is ever available to talk to

I ordered a Christmas gift online from the Sharper Image. I received an order confirmation in my email but after waiting for the package to arrive and it never came I called and they said they had no record of my order so I said I would like to cancel the order but they said they found it had shipped from their vendor and I would have the package soon.
