I ordered a bowling ball and bag on April 08 and was told that it would be sent out in two weeks. My credit card was charged the very next day April 09. Three weeks go by and I have received nothing and I have not heard from All American Bowling.
I call them and was told that my bowling ball will be sent out the following week, two weeks go by and still no bowling ball. So I called to cancel my order but was told that if I did I still would have to pay 15 percent of my total order so I waited. After several more weeks I called to cancel again.
This time they let me cancel without being charge the 15 percent of my order. I talked with a Martha (06/04) and she told me that my credit card will be refunded but I have yet to receive my refund nor have I heard from this company. I try calling but I get no answer.
