Company pulled their trainers from the gym I signed up at in Long Branch, NJ. They sent a letter advising me to go to another gym in Lincroft NJ & see another trainer instead of the one I'd been with for over a year. I advised them that I do not have a means of getting to Lincroft as i do not own a car & the Long Branch gym is walking distance from my home which is why i signed with them.
Following is the E-mail I've sent multiple times & not gotten a response on...

Re: Cancellation/Refund of unused sessions
I am sending you this written notice to request the refund of my unused training sessions because your company cancelled my membership when you left the Retro Fitness I am registered as a member of. I would appreciate if you send me written confirmation within 30 days that the cancellation has been put into effect. I expect a refund for my unused training sessions as soon as this is received.
I am a member at Retro Fitness in Long Branch, NJ.
I chose to join this gym & signed up with EFT at this location because of its close walking distance from my home as I do not own a car.
I rarely missed a training session & was quite satisfied with my trainer, Matt Galgano. I fully intended to continue my training indefinitely & your companys decision to remove EFT from this gym was disheartening enough but your letter telling me that I was free to continue my training with another EFT trainer at the Lincroft, NJ Retro Fitness is ridiculous.
You no longer offer services at the location I signed up at.
This is not at the buyers fault; it is through your companys decision to no longer offer services at the only location this buyer has access to.
As I said, I have no means of getting to the Lincroft Retro Fitness to use my remaining already paid for training sessions.
A prompt response & refund is expected.
Thank you for your timely attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Joseph D
