In late November I bought a Nordic Track recumbent bicycle design GX 5.0 Expert from their site also it was shipped broken on December 6. The components which were broken were the plastic flywheel addresses guarding your thighs from damage. I quickly approached them for replacement pieces. Sadly, both correct and left-side addresses are on back-order. After follow-up efforts, they've yet to supply the alternative components around this day 2-11-12. All-they inform me is the fact that the components are on back-order and there's nothing they are able to do - even if I advised them that running the gear might cause possible damage. And, oh, if you like to get hold of them, you have to delay and delay and delay about the telephone. Understanding then what I understand today, I'd NEVER purchase out of this organization.
