Won't deliver replacement parts

We've been attempting to buy replacement components for M-GZ212PST since May. We've previously taken care of the components, today we're informed it might be until November! A tree dropped about the gazebo in March we've been not able to make use of the gazebo in annually 5. We settled $600 initially, and last May settled $122 plus delivery for that replacement pieces. I previously bought an upgraded cover and display collection, that have been also broken, for $160. Therefore altogether I've invested nearly $900 and also have no gazebo! I talked to Marshall who stated he was a "supervisor" and he returned my delivery, and he explained he'd notate they we were to obtain free shipping along with a substitute cover once the components were in stock. We require these components, normally we've lost $900 bucks! Please assist us!
